My name is David Kerzner. I have been licensed in Ontario since 1992, and in New York since 1993. My practice focuses on international tax law. Â I focus on planning for businesses and representation of taxpayers before the IRS and CRA. I received a Ph.D. from Queen’s focusing on international tax law, and an LL.M. in Tax from NYU.
