Description
Diana works with our Capital Markets, Securities, Mergers & Acquisitions team and assists with securities and corporate finance transactions, including stock exchange and securities regulatory compliance matters, for public and private companies. In this regard, Diana assists with private placements, prospectus offerings, equity incentive transactions, acquisitions and dispositions of assets and securities, shareholder meetings, and communication with securities regulators, transfer agents, the TSX Venture Exchange, the Canadian Securities Exchange, and other capital market participants.

Securities laws and stock exchange policies evolve rapidly. Diana remains up to date with the laws and policies of the securities regulatory bodies and stock exchanges to which our clients’ transactions are subject, while communicating relevant changes clearly and proactively. She approaches her work with a focus on details and the ability to think practically and creatively to find solutions.

Diana started her legal career at a boutique securities firm and has over 10 years of experience in this specialized field. The knowledge and skillset she has developed are an asset to our firm and our clients.
