His experience includes syndicated loans, asset-based loans, cross-border loans, DIP loans, private bond placements, project financings, subordinated debt financings, acquisition financings and loan purchases. On each deal, David aims to help his client achieve its business objective by bringing a practical and thoughtful approach to its loan documentation.
