David Gardiner has specialized in personal injury cases in Ottawa and area as well as throughout the rest of Ontario for 20+ years. His services involve representation of victims of motor vehicle accidents, boating accidents, atv accidents, slip and falls, long term disability claims, defective products as well as other personal injury matters.

David received his Law Degree from Queen’s University. Prior to studying Law, he received a Degree in Psychology from Carleton University in Ottawa. David Gardiner is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario and is also a member of the Better Business Bureau, the Lawyer Referral Service, the County of Carleton Law Association, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
