David maintains a real estate law practice with a focus on commercial and residential real estate as well as a broad corporate/commercial practice.

David advises real estate developers, builders and investors on a variety of commercial and residential real estate matters, including new construction home sales, lot sales and multi-family/commercial transactions. He also regularly advises clients in commercial financing as well as commercial leasing, acting for both landlords and tenants.

David maintains a broad corporate/commercial practice with a particular focus on the purchase and sale of businesses, including extensive experience with car dealerships. In addition, David has experience with corporate financing, structures, reorganization and general corporate advice. He has significant experience advising private lenders in relation to structuring and advancing of private loans.

David approaches each client and their matters with a practical approach, seeking the best results in both a timely and economical fashion.
