David is the Director of Legal Talent in our Ontario and British Columbia offices. He provides strategic direction on the recruitment and professional development of associates and students. He draws on his previous experience as a litigator in private practice to help lawyers enhance performance and achieve professional goals. He also assists in the implementation of the firm’s inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility initiatives. David is a member of the National Association for Law Placement (NALP).
