Dagmara practices in the areas of personal injury and estate litigation. She has a reputation for being an effective and resourceful litigator, and is regularly sought out by lawyers to assist in trial preparation and strategy, as well as court hearings.

Dagmara is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Civil Litigation and has been selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers™ in Canada in 2022 to 2026. She is recognized as a leader within and outside Siskinds.

Dagmara is a Partner with the personal injury group and spearheads the estate litigation group.

Her personal injury practice focuses on catastrophic and other motor vehicle claims, pediatric injury claims, falls and bodily injury in commercial settings. She brings expertise and compassion to each claim, and is dedicated to achieving the best results for her clients, inside and outside the courtroom. Dagmara assumes all aspects of an injury claim so that her clients can truly focus on healing and what is most important to them. Dagmara values direct communication with clients at all stages of a claim; her clients have the added assurance that their chosen lawyer, Dagmara, is listening and available.

Dagmara has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. She regularly appears before the Licence Appeal Tribunal on accident benefits disputes.

A significant portion of Dagmara’s practice involves contested long-term disability (LTD) claims.

In the estate litigation field, Dagmara has successfully represented clients in disputes concerning the validity and interpretation of wills, claims concerning the administration of estates, claims against trustees and fiduciaries (acting under a Power of Attorney), claims for support of dependents, estate accounting and Guardianship applications.

Dagmara offers legal services in both Polish and English. She is frequently sought out by clients seeking a Polish lawyer (Polski adwokat i prawnik).

Dagmara is a native Londoner with strong ties to the London community. She is active in a number of local organizations and community groups.
