Description
Connor Malone is an Edmonton based lawyer practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, construction law and occupational health and safety (OHS).
Connor works with corporations and individuals to find pragmatic solutions to their legal issues. Connor uses a systems based approach to understand his clients’ overarching objectives before executing strategies that maximize efficiency and lead to tangible results.
As a member of Field Law’s Joint Worksite Health and Safety Committee, Connor is acutely aware of the significant role compliance with OHS policies and procedures play in the effort to improve health and safety practices in the workplace. As such, Connor is well-equipped to provide his clients with guidance and advice with respect to drafting and implementing the necessary frameworks to bring their organizations into compliance with the existing OHS legislation.
Connor has experience helping clients with a broad range of issues, including the following:

Connor has experience representing clients and assisting with matters at all levels of Court in Alberta, including contested chambers applications, pre-trial conferences, arbitrations, mediations and trials at the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Alberta Court of King’s Bench and the Alberta Court of Appeal.
He has spent a number of years living and studying abroad in Asia and Latin America which has taught him to be flexible and adaptable by applying familiar concepts to unfamiliar situations, all while demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
Outside the Office
In addition to his love of travelling and experiencing new cultures, Connor also spends time chasing after his three dogs: Watson, Crick and Harley and looking for new recipes to try for his monthly supper club.
