Charlene has almost 30 years of experience in the legal field and most of those years she has spent working in real estate.

Over the past decade, Charlene has predominantly worked with builders to complete their new home construction transactions and has also completed the conveyancing for a few condominium projects in Edmonton and Canmore.

Real estate transactions can be very complex. Charlene’s primary objective is ensuring clients receive the best possible service with confidence that the work has been done professionally and correctly. She has extensive experience completing sales, purchases, and refinances. Over the years, she has worked with almost every lender and bank, and has dealt with many realtors, investors, and bankers.

As purchasing or selling a home is a significant investment, Charlene believes that making the client feel at ease during the entire process is crucial.
