Ms. Sutton has been practicing criminal law in Victoria and across Vancouver Island for over a decade. She is a fierce defender of her clients’ interests in all levels of court in BC.

Appearing on a daily basis in either Provincial or Supreme Court, Ms. Sutton has developed a reputation as a tough, dedicated, and professional trial lawyer. Ms. Sutton’s passion for criminal defence work extends to her roles as co-chair of the Victoria Canadian Bar Association criminal subsection and the Victoria Defence Bar Provincial Court liaison. She is actively involved in the hiring, training and mentoring of the articling students at McCullough Watt Sutton and Lynskey.
