The commercial real estate industry in British Columbia is exciting and full of opportunity, but it’s not without its challenges. Chan is part of our Commercial Real Estate team that helps a wide range of clients, from various industries, navigate the complexities and turn opportunities into reality.

Chan has vast experience in the legal field. After assisting on countless real estate projects, she understands that every situation is unique and attention to detail is key. With that in mind, Chan takes her time to understand our clients’ goals and current challenges before providing meticulous, efficient service. In particular, Chan assists with land due diligence searches, lending, purchase and sale transactions, land subdivisions, municipal rezoning and filing strata plans.

Chan’s path to a career in real estate law was shaped by an interest in Vancouver’s development over the years. She finds it rewarding to see the various re-zoning or subdivision projects she’s contributed to around the city and surrounding areas.
