Description
Cathy has been a litigator for more than 30 years. Her current practice includes representing clients in the insurance industry, defending professional negligence claims for insurance brokers, financial advisors and police and acting as counsel to our local police board.

Cathy acts on behalf of a number of insurance companies and corporations including West Wawanosh, Maple and Westminster Mutual Insurance Companies, Westport Insurance, Ecclesiastical Insurance and Walmart. She regularly defends claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, accident benefits claims, property losses and occupiers’ liability. Her professional liability defence practice extends to insurance brokers, investment advisors and police. She is also counsel to the London Police Services Board.

Cathy is active within the four walls of Siskinds as the head of our General Litigation team and a member of the firm’s E&O Committee.
