Carla Lloyd acts as Counsel to Klein Lawyers, in the areas of class action and mass tort litigation. She represents plaintiffs pursuing legal remedy for injuries suffered as a result of institutional negligence, defective drugs and medical devices. Carla has more than 13 years’ experience as a trial lawyer and has appeared in numerous cases before the trial and appellate courts in British Columbia and Alberta. She has successfully represented clients involved in a variety of legal actions including class actions, products liability actions, personal injury actions, claims for property damage, and wrongful death lawsuits.
