Description
Cara Cornacchia is the Director, Associate Programs in the Toronto office. She is responsible for managing all aspects of the associate program, including performance management, career development, engagement, retention, lateral recruitment, and secondments.

Cara is a member of the Associates Committee.

Professional Activities
Cara is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the National Association for Law Placement (NALP).

Background
Prior to transitioning to her current role, Cara was a senior associate in the Corporate Group of the Toronto office where her practice focused on securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law.
