Description
I maintain a general management-side practice in employment and labour law.

I regularly represent employers in employment-related litigation matters, including employment standards compliance, terminations, allegations of human rights discrimination and accommodation in the workplace. I also routinely provide advice to employers on a broad array of employment and labour law issues, including hiring and compensation, employment and contractor agreements, workplace policies and procedures, workplace investigations, union organizing and employment law aspects of corporate transactions.

I have successfully represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ministry of Labour and the Ontario Labour Relations Board.

I am a Labour & Employment Programming Committee Member at the Ontario Bar Association and have chaired numerous professional development seminars related to employment law.
