Description
Brian Futoransky has a general solicitor’s practice focused on complex corporate and real estate transactions.
He represents multinational and Alberta-based businesses, real estate developers, lenders and home builders in a broad range of matters, including commercial financings, commercial real estate developments, land transactions, entity structuring, corporate reorganizations, multi-family housing developments, joint ventures, franchises, sales and acquisitions of businesses, succession planning, shareholder agreements and resolution of shareholder disputes.

Brian develops strategies for driving highly sophisticated real estate and corporate transactions to successful closing and managing the numerous legal and business components, personalities and strict deadlines involved in every deal.
