Description
Brett’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Brett has represented both issuers and investment banks in a variety of public offerings and private placements of debt and equity, including initial public offerings for both domestic and cross-border clients. He has also advised domestic and foreign acquirors, sponsors and targets on acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic transactions.

Brett regularly provides guidance to public company clients, including cross-listed issuers, on ongoing corporate governance, stock exchange and securities law matters.
