Description
Brandon Harrison is a lawyer in our Calgary office focusing on insurance and general litigation work, including contractual and commercial disputes and construction law.
While Brandon’s practice encompasses various legal areas, it is within the realm of insurance where he truly shines. From navigating complex motor vehicle claims to tackling fiery disputes and occupiers’ liability cases, he champions the interests of our diverse range of insurer clients. He has also worked alongside an insurance company on dealings involving complex insurance matters relating to oil and gas pipelines, where his keen understanding of the energy sector makes him an invaluable asset.

Prior to being called to both the British Columbia and Alberta Bars, Brandon gained a broad range of experience in the Alberta Court of Justice with respect to dealing with various criminal, municipal, and traffic offences, including with respect to negotiation and where required, trial.

Beyond his professional endeavours, Brandon’s commitment to the community is evident through his involvement with the King’s Bench Amicus Court Assistance Program at Pro Bono Alberta.

Outside the Office

In his spare time, Brandon enjoys tinkering with vehicles, exploring the many craft breweries in the area, and spending time in the Shuswap with his family.
