Description
Brady is a corporate/commercial lawyer, whose practice focuses on energy, natural resources and transactional matters.

Brady advises various stakeholders on renewable, traditional and emerging energy and natural resource opportunities and projects across Canada, including project developers, owners, investors, financial institutions and First Nations. He has experience assisting clients with project prospecting, land acquisitions and siting, project due diligence, acquisitions and divestitures, permitting and regulatory compliance, financing, emissions compliance and development and construction contracting.

Prior to attending law school, Brady worked in a science communications role for Natural Resources Canada where he developed an in-depth understanding of Canada’s broad energy and natural resources sectors.

Brady has also published peer-reviewed articles and presented and guest lectured on various topics, including Western Canada’s emerging direct lithium extraction industry and renewable energy project development across Canada.
