Description
Bradley Wiffen is a partner in the Corporate Restructuring Group at Goodmans, which is consistently and widely recognized as Canada’s leading corporate restructuring practice.
Bradley has significant experience in Canadian and cross-border corporate restructurings, recapitalization transactions, acquisitions, financing transactions, and related corporate and insolvency law matters. He regularly acts for debtors, bondholders, ad hoc committees, court-appointed officers, plan sponsors and purchasers in complex restructuring transactions and the review of strategic alternatives.

Bradley has been recognized by IFLR1000 as a “Rising Star Partner”, by Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” in Canada, and by The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory in the area of Financial Restructuring. He is also featured in the Lexpert Special Edition: Insolvency and Restructuring. In 2023, Bradley was honoured as one of Lexpert’s Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers Under 40.

Bradley was the bronze medalist in his graduating class at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. He previously worked as a senior associate at an international accounting firm, during which time he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and placed on the National Honour Roll of the Uniform Final Exam (UFE).
