Description
Bradley is an associate in the firm’s Calgary office.

Bradley maintains a broad corporate and commercial practice. He has been involved in various transactions for a wide range of clients, including share purchases, asset purchases, incorporations, amalgamations and commercial real estate matters. He has also assisted clients with various corporate governance matters, and drafting and advising on commercial agreements.

He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary in 2023 and he completed a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Royal University.

Bradley has experience volunteering with the Youth Centres of Calgary, ProBono Students of Canada and the Elizabeth Fry Society.
