Description
Ashley is an associate lawyer practising in the area of corporate/commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate finance.

Ashley practises in the area of corporate/commercial law, supporting the firm’s corporate finance and securities and mergers and acquisitions groups.

Ashley’s legal career started in our Winnipeg office, where she completed her articles and, following her call to the bar, began her practice. In 2025, she moved to British Columbia and is now based in our Vancouver office.

Ashley obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2023. Prior to entering law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Northern British Columbia.

She is fluent in Punjabi.
