Angela Beierbach’s practice is focused on civil and commercial litigation. In addition to her litigation practice, Angela maintains a solicitor practice assisting employers and employees in drafting and reviewing agreements and policies.
Angela has experience in a wide range of litigation matters including:

Labour and employment disputes;
Estate disputes;
Debt recovery;
Construction and Infrastructure;
Commercial leasing;
Shareholder disputes;
Fatality Inquiries;
Personal Injury cases; and
Insurance defense.
Angela is a strong advocate for her clients and has represented clients before the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Alberta Court of King’s Bench, and the Alberta Court of Appeal. She also has experience with mediation and Judicial Dispute Resolution.

Outside the Office

Throughout her academic and professional life, Angela has contributed to her community by volunteering with a number of organizations including animal rescue organizations, community support organizations, Edmonton Community Legal Centre, and Civil Claims Duty Counsel. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, biking in Edmonton’s river valley, travelling, and trying new restaurants.
