I represent employers in all manners of labour and employment issues, throughout Saskatchewan. I provide trusted advice and representation in all aspects of the employment relationship. My work includes preparing employment contracts, providing advice regarding discipline and harassment, conducting labour arbitrations and defending wrongful dismissal claims. I also assist clients in understanding their statutory obligations regarding access to information requests and privacy breaches. I have written and presented extensively on the impact of cannabis legalization for workplace policies in Saskatchewan.
