Amanda maintains a broad commercial litigation practice, across a wide range of industries. Amanda frequently acts in cases involving commercial contract disputes, debt recovery, civil fraud claims, defamation and shareholder oppression matters. Amanda is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C), assisting clients on submissions to regulators, data breach/cyber incident response, and the implementation of privacy programs.Amanda is involved in a number of professional organizations. She is currently a Director of the South Asian Bar Association and an Executive Member of the Ontario Bar Association’s Privacy section.
