Alicja helps clients across a broad array of civil litigation disputes, with a particular focus on intellectual property law (including patent, copyright, and trademark litigation), class actions, torts and product liability law, public and administrative law, technology law, contractual disputes, and commercial matters.

With a PhD (Immunology), MSc (Medical Sciences), and a BSc (Biology), Alicja brings excellent analytical skills and industry insight to her files, combining a pragmatic, business-minded approach with deep subject matter expertise.

Alicja’s practice is multijurisdictional and includes motions, applications, trials at first instance, and appellate advocacy. Alicja has appeared as counsel across the country, including in the Ontario Superior Court, Court of Appeal for Ontario, Supreme Court of Canada, Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, British Columbia Supreme Court, British Columbia Court of Appeal, Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench, and Saskatchewan Court of Appeal.
