Alexandra practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution in a variety of areas, including complex commercial disputes, securities, construction, infrastructure and real estate. She has appeared as counsel before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the British Columbia Supreme Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Alexandra’s commercial practice is broad. She represents clients in post-closing disputes, shareholder disputes, complex oppression cases and other business torts, both in arbitration and in Court. Alexandra also represents and advises corporations, boards and board committees in respect of transactions and regularly appears before the Commercial List on Plan of Arrangement matters for both the purchaser and the target.

Alexandra’s construction and infrastructure practice involves acting for project owners, regulators and governments in disputes involving the design and construction of large infrastructure, energy, and condominium projects. Alexandra has experience in construction deficiencies, delay as well as fraud.

In her real estate practice, Alexandra deals with lease disputes, misrepresentation and disclosure issues, boundaries and easements and title issues.
