Description
Alex’s practice primarily focuses on private equity, with an emphasis on private fund formation and private fund transactions. She represents private fund sponsors on all aspects of the fund formation and capital-raising process. She represents public pension plans, other institutional investors and funds-of-funds in connection with their primary investments, investments in continuation vehicles and co-investments. Alex also acts for institutional investors and secondaries funds in connection with their portfolio sales and acquisitions on the secondary market.
