Description
Adrienne practises corporate law, with a focus on transactional work related to commercial banking and debt financing. She represents both lenders and borrowers in complex domestic, cross-border and international transactions, including syndicated lending transactions, private equity and acquisition financings, offerings of debt securities and project finance transactions. Adrienne also has considerable insolvency and restructuring experience.

Adrienne is fluent in French.
