Adnan’s practice focuses on corporate structuring and restructuring, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions (acting for both purchasers and vendors), succession and estate planning, professional corporations, financing transactions, and the preparation of a variety of different types of corporate/commercial contracts.

Born and raised in London, Ontario, Adnan has been practicing business law at Siskinds for over 15 years. Adnan’s practice focuses on corporate structuring and restructuring, business purchase and sale, succession and estate planning, financing, and business contracts. Adnan’s clients include start-ups through to mature businesses with an emphasis on owner-managed businesses. Adnan’s experience also includes acting for professional corporations, not-for-profits and charities.

Adnan has deep and broad experience structuring and negotiating business transactions, and preparing a wide variety of business contracts including shareholder agreements, commercial leases, distribution agreements, partnership agreements and licensing agreements.

Adnan understands that his clients value responsiveness and practical advice both with respect to transactional matters and day-to-day commercial matters. He strives to understand his clients’ business objectives and provide them with the personal attention necessary to help guide them through any commercial legal matter while ensuring that his clients’ interests are protected.
