Adam practices corporate law, with a focus on private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and complex commercial arrangements. He also advises clients involved in contested shareholder matters, including shareholder proposals and requisitions, proxy contests, and unsolicited take-over bids.

Adam Rock is a partner in the Calgary office of MLT Aikins LLP, where he focuses on private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and complex commercial arrangements. He also advises clients involved in contested shareholder matters, including shareholder proposals and requisitions, proxy contests and unsolicited take-over bids. Adam is industry agnostic, but has particular experience in the energy and technology sectors. He is recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in Canada for his work in corporate law.

Adam serves on the board of Calgary Housing, which provides affordable housing solutions to more than 25,000 low- and moderate-income Calgarians on behalf of The City of Calgary and the Province of Alberta. He is also the director or officer of several private energy and technology companies.

Adam holds a law degree from the University of Toronto.
