Adam Bata is a partner in Miller Thomson’s corporate group, advising clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, equity and venture capital financings, and other strategic business transactions. Adam also provides ‘external general counsel’ support to clients at every stage of the corporate lifecycle by assisting with structuring, corporate governance and day to day commercial matters.
