Description
Aaron is a corporate/commercial contract lawyer and trademark agent with a focus on the protection, licensing and commercialization of intellectual property in the firm’s Technology, Intellectual Property and Privacy group.

Aaron advises clients both domestically and internationally with respect to a myriad of contractual relationships including how to leverage and protect the intellectual property implicated in those relationships.

With respect to trademarks specifically, his experience spans from Canadian and U.S. trademark prosecution and international trademark portfolio management to strategic advice on drafting and negotiating various trademark-related agreements.
