Description
Thomas is a partner in BD&P’s commercial real estate group, with broad expertise across a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including:

the acquisition and disposition of all types of commercial property, including office, industrial, retail, and multi-family;
representing tenants and landlords in the negotiation of commercial leases;
land development and co-ownership arrangements;
real estate financing, including the financing of projects located on First Nations lands;
project and infrastructure development, including renewable energy projects, mid-stream oil and gas projects and other large-scale industrial/commercial projects;
representing film studios and landowners in the negotiation of studio space leases and location agreements for television and motion picture production; and
providing real property advice in respect of complex commercial transactions.
Community involvement
Thomas is a Director for PaceKids Society for Children with Special Needs.
