Manav Singhla practices construction and commercial litigation. Manav provides strategic advice and representation to participants in the construction industry on all manner of construction-related disputes including construction liens, project delay and deficiencies, professional negligence, construction bonds, and insolvency matters in the context of construction projects. Manav provides clients with counsel at all stages of construction projects, from negotiating and drafting contracts to resolving issues as they arise in order to protect his clients’ interests and keep projects on track. In addition, he advises and represents clients on a broad range of matters including commercial contract disputes, real estate litigation, shareholder remedies, and general debt recovery. He has experience arguing cases before all levels of courts including the Supreme Court of Canada, and in private arbitration. Manav is dedicated to achieving practical and timely solutions for his clients so they can focus on moving their businesses forward.
