Seva is an experienced commercial and wills, estates and trusts litigator, and a founding partner at Fraser Litigation Group. His practices focuses on obtaining practical results for his clients through the most appropriate dispute resolution processes, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and court litigation.

Seva graduated from UBC law with distinction and clerked at the BC Supreme Court. He then worked at a major Vancouver-based full-service firm, before founding Fraser Litigation Group. Before a career in law, Seva was a telecommunications engineer and project manager.

Seva is fully fluent in Russian.
