Description
Elichai is a member of the firm’s litigation, labour and research departments. He represents individuals in a wide range of workplace related issues, including wrongful and constructive dismissal, human rights and defamation related claims. Elichai also works in all areas of labour law, including grievance arbitration and labour board matters. In addition to appearing before arbitrators, mediators and various tribunals, Elichai has appeared as counsel in all levels of court in Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada. As a member of the firm’s research department, Elichai provides advice and written advocacy in most of the firm’s practice areas, including labour and employment law, administrative law, constitutional law and human rights.
