While Eden’s practice includes all aspects of labour and employment law, she holds a keen interest in matters involving discrimination, wrongful dismissals, human rights, and general labour law. Eden has experience advising both individuals and employers in various aspects of the employment relationship, including issues related to hiring and dismissal, discipline, workplace investigations, severance agreements, human rights, and policy development.

Eden’s responsiveness, attention to detail, and strong communication skills allow her to effectively assist clients in their day-to-day employment relations. Eden is dedicated to developing her acumen for employment law, while continuing to offer invaluable guidance that aligns with the desired outcomes and needs of her clients.
