Description
Jamie is an associate lawyer in the firm’s corporate finance and securities group.

Jamie’s practice is primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate/commercial transactions. He advises private and public companies across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on the technology and natural resource sectors.

Jamie obtained his Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. While at law school, Jamie was involved in student government and elected as student affairs coordinator of the Law Students’ Society. He has also served as a clinician at the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program and a volunteer at UBC Legal Education Outreach. During his legal studies, Jamie spent a semester abroad at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
