Description
As a member of our Commercial Real Estate Law group, Connor assists developers, government institutions and land owners with a variety of legal services. Connor is committed to helping clients plan their projects, overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

His practice covers all stages of a real estate project, including funding projects via lending arrangements, developing property, leasing and acquisitions and dispositions.

In addition to his commercial real estate practice, Connor has experience with corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.

Connor’s legal expertise is complemented by his previous experience working as a mortgage underwriter. He also obtained a Mortgage Broker Licence which affords him a deeper understanding of the financial nuances of lending and borrowing in the real estate sector.
