Description
Seanna Melnikel (nee Hemmaway) joined Field Law in 2016, supporting lawyers in the areas of collections, bankruptcy, insolvency and commercial litigation, and becoming a foreclosure paralegal in 2018.

Seanna has experience drafting all correspondence, stipulated order of continuance, orders, affidavits, briefs, judgments, writ of enforcement and applications. Working directly with the clients, ranging from debtors, process servers, property managers to realtors, she runs a file from start to finish, including submitting claims to issuers or pursuing the judgement. Seanna is committed to efficient and timely service for our clients.

Seanna is a member of the Alberta Association of Professional Paralegals, giving her access to continuing education and mentorship programs. She also completed the Federal Student Work Experience Program with the Department of Justice, giving her the experience to interact with clients, how to be a legal assistant.
