Jeremy Taylor is an Edmonton-based litigation lawyer with a practice focusing on corporate commercial disputes and labour and employment law. His clients include public and private corporations and other business entities, individual corporate officers, directors, and shareholders, provincial and local government and community entities, police services and professional organizations.

Jeremy’s areas of focus include the following:

Corporate and Commercial Litigation – shareholder disputes and other business ownership/control cases, procurement (tender and RFP) litigation and risk management, breach of contract and commercial transaction claims, real estate/land disputes, insurance issues and protection of proprietary rights
Labour and Employment Law – wrongful dismissal actions, collective agreement grievance arbitration, labour relations board complaints, employee benefits litigation and employment issues in business transactions
Aboriginal Law and Litigation – governance issues, asset disputes and constitutional rights cases
Other Civil Litigation – police liability defence and defamation cases
Jeremy has argued cases before all levels of court in Alberta, the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Canada, the Provincial Court of British Columbia, commercial and labour arbitration boards and various administrative tribunals.
