Rob Feist has worked in the Battlefords as a lawyer for the past decade. Rob maintains a general practice, with a focus on agricultural law, family services law, litigation, family law, wills and estates, and real estate. Rob has conducted successful matters in the Provincial Court, the Court of Queen’s Bench, the Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology in 2003 and his Juris Doctor degree in 2008, both from the University of Saskatchewan, before his call to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2013.
Before coming to the firm, Rob worked as a full time Canadian Forces cadet officer, managing people in the Royal Canadian Army Cadet program in northern Saskatchewan and Manitoba as Area Cadet Officer. Rob received the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal and the RCSU Prairie Commanding Officer’s Commendation for his dedicated work in the cadet program. Rob lives in North Battleford, and grew up on a farm north of Wilkie, Saskatchewan, completing High School at McLurg and first year University at Northwest Regional College.
Rob enjoys running and tea, is a long time member of the local Legion and previous member of the Saskatoon ANAVETS, enjoys prairie history, and has a cat named Kevin Harris.
