Nathan advises clients in the areas of employment law, civil litigation, and personal injury. He acts for employees and employers in a variety of workplace disputes, including wrongful termination and severance, resignation, constructive dismissal, illness and disability, professional regulation, human rights issues, negotiating and drafting employment contracts, restrictive covenants, and post-employment duties.

Nathan’s objective is to help his clients navigate the dispute-resolution process to achieve fair results in a variety of difficult circumstances. His goal is to empower his clients to resolve claims efficiently and quickly, without compromising their rights or leaving anything on the table.
