A partner at Mills & Mills LLP, Mr. Cobham’s practice encompasses primarily civil litigation, employment law, estates administration and estates planning. His litigation practice encompasses several areas, including wrongful dismissal, professional liability, real estate disputes, and commercial matters. He earns the trust and confidence of his clients and is dedicated to resolving their problems and achieving their goals in a timely, cost-effective manner. Mr. Cobham has been a speaker at numerous continuing legal education seminars related to employment and estates law. He is an active member of the Thomas More Lawyers’ Guild and the Rotary Club of Toronto. Since serving his articles with Mills & Mills LLP and joining the firm in 2001, Mr. Cobham has appeared at a variety of levels of court throughout Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice and numerous administrative tribunals.
